Paul's Favorite Wines Dinner

Join us at Fourk Folsom on , Monday December 16th for an unforgettable evening of exceptional wines and perfectly paired cuisine. This special four-course wine-paired dinner is my way of sharing some of my all-time favorite wines with you, just in time for the holiday season.
Doors open at 5:30 PM, with dinner beginning at 6:30 PM.
Here’s a taste of the menu Folsom Chef Jesse has curated for this evening:
• Course One: Potato Leek Soup with crispy leeks and lemon goat cheese, paired with the iconic Frank Family Chardonnay.
• Course Two: Green Chili Pupusas with an apple-pear crudité, paired with the unforgettable DuMOL Wester Reach Pinot Noir — one of the best Pinot Noirs you’ll ever taste.
• Course Three: Mediterranean Beef Stew with roasted red peppers, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes, served over a bed of barley pilaf, paired with the dazzling Hudson Ranch Phoenix — a captivating blend of Cabernet, Merlot, and Cab Franc.
• Course Four (Dessert): Chocolate Tiramisu, perfectly complemented by the legendary Stags' Leap Investor — a rich blend of Merlot, Petite Syrah, Cabernet, and Malbec.
The cost for this exclusive dining experience is $115 per person and gratuity is included in the cost.
